Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Centre Officer to deliver world-class customer service across all channels. This role ensures accurate and timely information while resolving customer inquiries at first contact, contributing to trusted water services for a sustainable and healthy South Australia.
Summary of Role:
Provide accurate, timely, and high-quality information to customers.
Ensure first contact resolution across phone, face-to-face, webchat, and written enquiries.
Promote and educate on client initiatives.
Role Requirements:
Essential:
Strong customer service focus with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and maintain high-quality work under pressure.
Desirable:
Problem-solving skills and computer proficiency.
Negotiation, comprehension, and retention skills.
Special Conditions:
Flexible hours and some after-hours work may be requiredl.
Must hold a current police check obtained within the last 6 months.
Participation in a roster spanning ordinary hours (6am to 6pm).
