The Role
A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Helpdesk Operator to join our dynamic and friendly team based at Melbourne
Airport.
Reporting to the Operations Centre Manager, this position:
- Will be working in the Programmed IOC answering all queries/fault calls and emails
- Scheduling and managing work orders based on priority
- Responds to client requests in a timely manner, ensuring that PFM field staff and / or subcontractors are dispatched within required
- time-frames.
- Reviews all work requests made and ensures all appropriate follow up actions and communications are completed and registered in
- the appropriate systems.
- Monitors daily work volumes to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to meet business outcomes.
- Manages customer expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates.
- Previous experience within a call centre environment, preferably from a Facility Management background
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to multi-task through use of multiple systems tools and processes
- Exceptional people skills with an approachable nature
