Our qualified and experienced early childhood teachers and educators collaborate to develop a curriculum which reflects the needs, interest, strengths, and knowledge of all children attending our services. Purpose Statement
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and contributing to the day-to-day operations and campaigns that drive revenue growth and profitability across Active Kids Group. The Digital Marketing Coordinator role will see you create, execute, and drive digital media, ecommerce, social media, web design, Digital Marketing as well as other traditional marketing communications
Position Key Objectives
The key objectives of this role are to but are not limited to:
- Manage marketing efforts for brand position, brand awareness, lead generation, web site development and content curation/ creation, traditional sales collateral development.
- Weekly reporting on google analytics and word press data and provide recommendations from findings.
- Integrate and drive Digital Marketing strategies for optimal customer engagement. Including but not limited to: PPC campaigns, SEO management and optimisation.
- Maintaining of all childcare directories including but not limited to – Care for kids, toddle, starting blocks, child care directory ect.
- Efficiently monitor, maintain, update and optimise website content and design, maintenance, and development using word press.
- Run campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Tik Tok ads and other social media platforms.
- Manage and budget effectiveness of campaigns.
- Create and distribute to FRT weekly EDMS via Mailchimp relating to current and upcoming campaigns.
- Design and development of visually compelling content of end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Reviewing final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, and typography are flawless and on brand.
- Acquisition to customer service, brand content communications, digital community partnerships.
- Analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, allowing us to maximise outcomes through identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with design and Marketing Coordinator to oversee social media platforms including but not limited too Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Experience in Instagram reels and Tik Tok video creation.
- Maintenance of all QR Codes up to date and current – Report on results weekly
- Google – Monitor reviews, sites, locations
- Collecting/seeking testimonials from educators and families.
About you
The ideal candidate can balance analytical data and understand back end date processes while also having an appreciation for creative designs and upkeeping aesthetics.
- Experience in using WordPress content management system.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
- Email, database, and Digital Marketing experience.
- Canva and photoshop not essential but preferred.
- Can provide a portfolio of work samples prior to interview.
