About the role:
As an integral part of the Nude Lucy team, the role of Digital Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our online store, ensuring we are maximising online sales & conversion and providing the optimal experience for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Trade
- Management of the day-to-day trade of our online store.
- Management of the merchandising, navigation & category creation on our online store to drive sales, conversion, ATV, and an optimised customer journey.
- Maintain content across the online store including banners, pages, copy, SEO, stores, and blog, ensuring all content is relevant and up to date.
- Monitor product inventory to ensure all available stock is online.
- Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly digital sales reporting to see how we are tracking to budget and forecasts across all web metrics, including campaign insights, trends, and analytics.
- Assist with conducting user feedback via survey tools across the website.
Product & Photography
- Manage the upload of product collateral (imagery and product information) on website.
- Manage the eCommerce photography process & priorities (ensuring styles are ordered and shot in a timely manner).
- Manage the image editing and quality checking process with external resource - ensuring imagery is provided to them with adequate time to size and edit considering workload/turnaround times.
Campaigns
- Facilitate all online promotional activity – markdowns, discounting, banners, pages & special offers.
- Management of asset briefing for website and eDMs.
- Management of eDM building & scheduling.
To be successful you will have:
- 1 – 2 years in an eCommerce role preferred.
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platform preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- The ability to build effective relationships.
- The ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
- Exceptional time management skills.
