Content and Digital Marketing Specialist for Boutique Cosmetic Medicine Practice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, highly capable and enthusiastic Content and Digital Marketing Specialist.

Working from our beautiful clinic in the heart of Paddington, as well as the ability to work from home, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about leveraging digital strategies to grow our brand, online presence, and sales. With a view to scale our practice, we are looking for a partner to advise us on industry best practice, to deliver results-driven marketing tactics, and to grow with us as part of our close-knit team on our mission to elevate confidence.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for end-to-end Digital Marketing to support existing and planned business activities for overall growth. This ranges from design to development, analysis and reporting of Digital Marketing initiatives such as SEO and paid ads across social media and google. You will also be responsible for social media creation and management, and managing our online presence including our website and e-store. 

This is a full time position with a minimum requirement of 2.5 days per week spent in clinic with the rest from home/remotely. This role will work closely with both our Medical/Surgical Director and Practice Director.

About You

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a strong foundation and knowledge of Digital Marketing including SEO strategy and execution, management of paid ads on meta and google, as well as other brand and communication initiatives 
• Be across the latest marketing and Digital strategies, tactics and trends
• Have strong time management, organisational and analytical skills
• Have well-rounded communication skills in the health, wellness or aesthetics industry, or be able to leverage and apply learnings from another industry

You have a dynamic mindset, creative with an eye for detail, technologically fluent, self-driven, a positive team player, industry-passionate (both within aesthetics and marketing) with a desire to continually learn and grow. 

This role would suit an experienced Marketing Specialist of at least 2 years. Experience in the medical, health, beauty or wellness field, or someone highly motivated to learn and grow in the aesthetics industry is highly favourable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (this is not a junior role, you must have at least 2 years of proven experience) 
• Demonstrated experience of designing, developing, implementing, and reporting of Content and ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram
• Demonstrated experience with social media content creation and management
• Excellent knowledge of Google ads, Facebook and Instagram and overall Digital Marketing best practice
• Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication, writing and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail, innovative mindset, critical thinker and problem-solver
• Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Adobe creative suite, Canva and Microsoft Office suite skills are desirable
