The Opportunity:
The Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting strategic communication and the engagement plans and objectives of the Communication Lead. This will cover the development of the narrative as a change agent within the organisation.
You can tell a story, and will deliver project updates, explore the team behind the project, how the project works with others in the organisation, and how the project benefits aviation futures.
- You will also assist the Communication Lead with the dynamics of team communication and engagement.
- You will manage the content calendar, ensuring content remains engaging and consistent across all platforms.
- You will initiate and plan content ideas, including interviewing stakeholders, and work with stakeholders to approve optimized content.
- You love working in MS Workplace and ideally will have established an enterprise workgroup before, posting content on the team and project updates.
- You will assist with project planning, timeline development, brief writing, editing and design of collateral, particularly PowerPoint, infographics, and videos.
- You will write, design, and manage the content creation, production and publishing process, and also distribution and content repository management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in content communications roles, preferably gained working in large, complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement activities
- High level presentation and communication skills
- Strong experience in writing in clear and engaging manner
- Experience in the use of photo-editing and imaging software.
- Desirable: Canva or similar for infographics, Visio for charts and video production and editing background.
- Capable of balancing multiple demands
Eligibility: Must be Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
