What you'll do:
As a Content Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of our client's brand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating engaging content across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams as well as external partners to gather necessary information for your creations. Your keen eye for detail will ensure all content aligns perfectly with the brand's identity.
Additionally, you will monitor social media trends and utilise SEO principles to optimise web content. Your creativity will also extend into assisting with multimedia production and event support. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly towards achieving business objectives through strategic content strategies.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, and external partners, to gather information and insights needed for content creation
- Coordinate content production schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Create, produce, and edit a variety of content, spanning email marketing newsletters, industry news articles, blog posts, case studies, and LinkedIn material
- Curate content for the company LinkedIn accounts, fostering engagement and growing our online audience
- Monitor social media trends and report on analytics to optimise content performance
- Create and publish optimised content that is underpinned by SEO principles
- Assist with the development of creative briefs and working with external agencies to produce high quality multimedia content about our projects and services
- Assist with coordinating our tradeshow displays to enhance brand visibility and engage with target markets
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives
- Facilitate effective communication within the company, ensuring that employees are informed about key marketing initiatives / company news
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Content Communications Coordinator role will bring a wealth of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within a B2B, professional services, engineering, or technical sector. You will have a strong academic background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field. Your exceptional writing and editing skills will be complemented by your understanding of content optimisation through SEO. Your familiarity with digital marketing tools and Google tools will be crucial in this role. Above all, your ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various topics with subject matter experts will set you apart.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a B2B, professional services, engineering, or a technical sector
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an understanding of content optimisation (SEO)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as CRMs, web content management systems, social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn), Canva, and project management tools
- Familiarity with Google tools (Ads, Search Console, Analytics)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across a variety of topics with subject matter experts
