Salary: $75,000 + Superannuation + Bonus

Reporting to: Head of Sales and Marketing

Location: Remote, work from home full time with WeWork spaces available

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to take control of lead generation through paid and organic content tailored for investors using our AI-powered trading platform. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition of leads both paid and organic, and inspiring and guiding our users through high-quality written and visual content.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop a content strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the wider team to produce compelling written content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media posts, and marketing materials, covering various topics related to investing, trading strategies, market insights, and AI technology.
3. Visual Content: Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and videos to enhance content engagement and convey complex investment concepts effectively.
4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on financial markets, investment trends, and emerging technologies to generate relevant and timely content that adds value to our users.
5. Content Distribution: Manage content distribution across multiple channels, including website, social media platforms and email campaigns.
6. User Engagement: Monitor content performance metrics, analyse user feedback, and iterate content strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
7. Client Retention: Assist the sales and marketing team with client retention by managing and monitoring our NPS process to track Client Lifetime Value. 
8. Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies.
    

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the finance, investment, or technology industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of investment principles, financial markets, and trading strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and legal requirements in the financial services industry is a plus.
