Content Creator (Videographer)

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless execution and timely delivery of digital creative outputs, especially video. As such, you will take ownership of the entire process, from initial brief to go-live, ensuring that work is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the established objectives. 

You will be comfortable and confident generating high-volume content for diverse needs. You will likely have worked in range of roles - with agency experience as well as client-side, or have a background in managing multiple brands. 

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in OneCorp's internal agency, which is strategically positioned to support the company's ambitious scaling plans across various business units. 

As a key member of the team, you will lead digital production and contribute strategic insights to digital projects. Your responsibilities will encompass creating content for paid and organic media, scripting videos, hands-on management of video production, and providing extensive design and content creation support as required. 

This is a hands-on role, in which the successful candidate will use their advanced expertise in camera operation, Adobe Suite, post-production, and graphics creation to generate high volume content for the businesses varied needs. 

The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced in executing each facet of end-to-end video, photo, and graphics from ideation to completion.

• Lead video projects, including scoping, timelines, resourcing, and budgets, with both internal and external stakeholders, occasionally involving client interactions. 
• Manage visual assets for paid and organic media, as well as general graphic design requirements. 
• Apply technical and digital expertise across all channels, emphasizing ad campaigns/marketing, eDM’s, display banners, websites, landing pages, and other owned channel assets. 
• Provide regular and accurate project updates, articulate recommendations and solutions to suppliers and team members, and drive continuous improvement by educating and guiding colleagues and clients in best practices. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media specialists, copywriters, account service, and developers throughout the entire lifecycle of key projects. 

• Genuine passion for storytelling.
• Creating engaging video content is your forte, with experience on creating for various platforms including: TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and emerging platforms.  
•  Probably 3+ years of digital production experience, preferably in both agency and client-side roles, or in a multi-brand setting. 
• Adobe Suite is your second home, with intermediate expertise in Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom with experience using Audition as well.   
• You excel when given autonomy. You have the ability to work independently based on a brief, demonstrating organizational skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. 
• You can educate, and inspire action. You have experience crafting content for both educational purposes and direct response outcomes. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Familiarity with project and resource management software.
