Content Specialist
- Fixed Term Contract - 12-14 Months
- Location Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane

About the role:
The Content Specialist is responsible implementing programs that leverage content, social and other online platforms to drive brand differentiation and consideration, while supporting acquisition and retention across the portfolio of brands.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execute content and social strategies. Including production, scheduling and reporting on content performance across social, digital and branded platforms.
- Optimise content and social execution, with a focus on customer centricity, through regular analysis of results.
- Manage content calendars across brands and channels, working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive best practice programs by following the latest content and social trends.
- Curate and amplify quality video, influencer and written content in paid, earned and owned channels.
- Provide expertise and guidance to support content and social initiatives involving 1-1, brand, sponsorship, corporate affairs, SEO, eComm and other stakeholders.
- Utilise content, social and digital platforms to build audiences and drive subscription/opt in for further remarketing (where relevant).
- Work with agency and media partners to achieve shared goals.
About You:
- Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing Mandatory
- 3+ years marketing experience in a similar role (either Client or Agency side) with a focus on digital marketing, social, content development and curation.
Key Capabilities:
- Strong communication and relationship building skills to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Experience with all key social platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc).
- Experience managing social content calendars, including scheduling and analytics.
- An understanding of social and content trends and creative best practise. With a view on how these can be applied to drive brand consideration.
- Strong working knowledge of and experience with various digital technologies, platforms and usability practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience.
