Specialising in garage door solutions, they have been designing and manufacturing in Australia for the last 60 years. The Role
Reporting to the National Quality Manager, the role will be focused on Continuous Improvement processes across the business.  

• Execute the quality management strategy as per plan.
• Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded.
• Implement quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes.
• Implement and review process monitoring.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure products meet customer and business expectations.
• Ensure standards and quality control processes are in place for new and changed products.
• Validate and analyse claims data, identify trends, and drive site-based improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and investigations and implement solutions.
• Maintain, and operate an effective corrective and preventative action with the Quality system and program, and maintaining an effective Non-conforming program. 
• Lead the site internal audit program.

Your Background

• 2+ years’ in a Quality Supervisory or Continuous Improvement role 
• Background in Continuous Improvement required 
• Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
• Auditing experience, with certification advantageous.
