The RoleReporting to the National Quality Manager, the role will be focused on Continuous Improvement processes across the business.
- Execute the quality management strategy as per plan.
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded.
- Implement quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes.
- Implement and review process monitoring.
- Coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure products meet customer and business expectations.
- Ensure standards and quality control processes are in place for new and changed products.
- Validate and analyse claims data, identify trends, and drive site-based improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis and investigations and implement solutions.
- Maintain, and operate an effective corrective and preventative action with the Quality system and program, and maintaining an effective Non-conforming program.
- Lead the site internal audit program.
Your Background
- 2+ years’ in a Quality Supervisory or Continuous Improvement role
- Background in Continuous Improvement
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
- Auditing experience, with certification advantageous.
