Continuous Service Improvement Officer

This role is all about;

• Monitor all order picks, inwards, and deliveries and follow up any that are missing information or at risk of delay with the relevant branch to ensure on time performance.
• Provide relevant clients with notification if there is a risk of delivery failure
• Generate NCR reports for service failures.
• Ensure all tracking dates are updated in the system for all orders and transport deliveries.
• Follow up relevant branches, agents, suppliers as required for tracking orders and deliveries.
• Daily close off in the system ensuring all required information has been updated.
• Ensure all POD’s have been captured and uploaded in the system daily.
• Generate the excerption report daily for senior managers to review.
• Provide customers with daily discrepancy report.

Transport experience is desired.
