Continuous Service & Improvement Manager

Downer Rail and Transit Systems (RTS) is looking for a Continuous Service & Improvement Manager. This new role will lead the TrainDNA Continuous Service & Improvement team that exists to ensure the optimal performance for our Asset Management suite of applications we call TrainDNA. The successful candidate will also be key member of the broader RTS Technology team which provides delivery and support services all of RTS.  This role will suit someone with a Service Management background, ideally in a Rail or Engineering context, with a passion for service excellence. Downer has long-term contracts to maintain over 200 trains. Our world class Asset Management is underpinned by Maximo and we service users 24x7 largely based in Train Maintenance sites in NSW and VIC, soon to be joined by QLD.
