Duties and tasks:
As the Contract Administrator, you will be working on site on a 3:1 roster and will report into the Project Manager of the utility-scale BESS project.
Some duties include (but not limited to):
- Draft, revise, and finalise contractual documents, ensuring they meet project requirements and company standards
- Conduct daily monitoring of contract milestones, deadlines, and compliance to ensure all terms are met according to project schedules
- Actively participate in project meetings to stay informed of project needs and align contract management activities accordingly
- Assist in the processing of invoices and payments in accordance with contract terms
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of contractual risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, with hands-on experience in document drafting and contract management
- Experience in the energy sector, particularly renewable energy projects - highly desirable
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel, and project management tools
- White Card, Australian Drivers License, Full Australian Working Rights
- Well established and reputable renewables company
- Large scale project exposure
- Site-based role - 3:1 roster - DIDO (1.5 hours from Perth)
- Up to $150k plus super - depending on experience
