Contract Administrator

Oceantide is seeking an reliable experienced contracts coordinator to support Business's daily operation and growth.
The role's Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Negotiate and review changes in contracts, programs, projects, and services.
• Customer Support: Address inquiries and solve issues related to provided services for customer satisfaction.
• Document Control: Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Advisory Role: Provide advice to senior management and implement decisions.
• Contract Oversight: Monitor contractor work and report variations in work orders.
• Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit reports on organizational activities and project outcomes.
• Office Coordination: Review and arrange new office accommodation.

Skills Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of contract law and project management principles.
