The role's Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Negotiate and review changes in contracts, programs, projects, and services.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries and solve issues related to provided services for customer satisfaction.
- Document Control: Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Advisory Role: Provide advice to senior management and implement decisions.
- Contract Oversight: Monitor contractor work and report variations in work orders.
- Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit reports on organizational activities and project outcomes.
- Office Coordination: Review and arrange new office accommodation.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of contract law and project management principles.
