Our client is seeking a Contract Administrator with 3+ years experience to join their growing team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role will work closely with another Contract Admin, a Project Admin, Subcontractors and clients, ensuring all contracts within this division are meeting KPIs. The division has an interesting portfolio with a growing pipeline and the company offers continuous career development and progression.
About the Role:
- Review and interpret contracts to ensure requirements and deadlines are being met.
- Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Manage paperwork related to contracts.
- Conduct variations on contracts where required.
- Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
- Manage a high volume or work orders per month and action outcomes where required.
- Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork with all stakeholders.
- Consistently achieving and assisting subcontractors in their obligations to meet a high quality of workmanship in accordance with client expectations.
- 3+ years experience in the construction sector in a similar position.
- Experience of working with trades and subcontractors.
- Strong Excel skills, a good understanding of IT, and can pickup software quickly as our client uses a bespoke software.
