Key Responsibilities:As a Contract Administrator at the company, you will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing and administering contracts for construction projects, including reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contract terms and conditions Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to contract specifications Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Handling contract modifications and change orders Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues Assisting in the preparation of project estimates and budgets Qualifications and Experience: At least 5 years demonstrated experience in contract administration Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Information: This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in ACT, Australia.
