We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Pre-Construction Administrator in their Liverpool branch.About the roleThis position is a pivotal role overseeing and facilitating through pre-construction phases, it involves a wide range of responsibilities working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities for the role

• Managing projects from initial deposits stage through to construction handover
• Project documentation and contracts including building contracts, specifications, and colour selection.
• Meetings including handover between departments.
• Completing applications/permits, lodgement & council documentation
• Design support, variations, and compliance documentation.

Skills & experience

• Sound computer knowledge in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards & guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in Pre-Construction & Colours is required.
