This prestigious client is a main contractor that delivers hospitality, aged care and health care projects in the commercial space. They are looking for a driven contracts administrator to join their diverse CBD based team.
The duties of this role will include:
- Supporting site and project managers
- Dealing with RFI’s, progress claims, variations, and approving subcontractor invoices
- Overseeing projects from procurement through to completion
- Job timeline management
- Dealing with key stakeholders that includes clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Office based with regular site visits.
Skills and requirements:
- Commercial background (preferably fit out + refurbishment)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders on client and subcontractor side.
- Willingness to work in a team and positively affect culture.
