Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator – Commercial construction – Fit out + Refurbishment

This prestigious client is a main contractor that delivers hospitality, aged care and health care projects in the commercial space. They are looking for a driven contracts administrator to join their diverse CBD based team.

The duties of this role will include:

• Supporting site and project managers
• Dealing with RFI’s, progress claims, variations, and approving subcontractor invoices
• Overseeing projects from procurement through to completion
• Job timeline management
• Dealing with key stakeholders that includes clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Office based with regular site visits.

Skills and requirements:

• Commercial background (preferably fit out + refurbishment)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to liaise with key stakeholders on client and subcontractor side.
• Willingness to work in a team and positively affect culture.
