NORSTA North has been awarded a long-term contract from the Department of Defence located in Darwin CBD.

NORSTA North is seeking to employ an experienced Contract Support Administrator to assist the Commercial Manager and wider team with:

• preparation of customer and subcontractor contract documentation;
• planning and scheduling of assurance and compliance activities;
• coordination, analytics and quality assurance content of documents, relevant artefacts and supporting material;
• communication of contractual obligations as required;
• preparation of other project documentation as required;
• preparation of customer and management reports as required;
• preparation of tender documents in conjunction with Management;
• communication with program team members to ensure a full understanding of contractual obligations;
• monitoring and actioning items and tasks from email inboxes;
• Other tasks as directed to assist with the wider organisation.

Experience in a similar role in an Australian Defence or Commercial environment will be highly regarded.
