Contract Administrator

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing contractual obligations and contract templates.
• Attend weekly site meetings.
• Advise relevant parties of notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and or supplier agreements required for the project.
• Provide support to prepare and forward relevant notices within designated time frames.
• Update and maintain notices of delay and extensions of time registers.
• Notify clients of any issues, special circumstances or breaches of contract.
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all relevant insurances are current.
• Prepare contracts for suppliers and subcontractors highlighting relevant issues specific to the project.
• Revise and retain contract registers highlighting payment conditions.
• Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar field.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying / Contracts Administration within the civil construction industry.
• Highly motivated with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
