The Role
If you're reading this advert, chances are you're already a Contract Administrator, familiar with the expectations of the role. To determine if you're the right fit for this position, here are the criteria you'll need to meet:
- Experience as a CA on Design and Construct contracts, in Australia
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Previous involvement in similar commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through their entire life cycle and coordinating various subcontractor packages.

Are you suitable?
This position falls within a commercial building company, requiring candidates with the necessary construction qualifications, experience, and skills. Generally, you'll be deemed suitable if you meet the following criteria:
- Proven track record in managing all subcontractor packages from project inception to completion
- Exposure to commercial construction projects valued at over $3 million, preferably with a head contractor
- Relevant degree in construction management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role
- Demonstrated history of stable employment with former employers, emphasizing the importance of consistency and reliability.
