Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage contracts related to fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Review and negotiate contractual agreements, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all contractual correspondence.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fit-out and refurbishment processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of LOCAL experience.
