Contracts Administrator | Sydney's Eastern Suburbs | $100K - $140K + Super

Work for a privately owned, top-tier architecturally designed builder as a Contract Administrator. You will be working within a successful team on projects up to $20M typically around the Eastern Suburbs. This position will allow you to gain a great understanding of the build and work with a highly experienced Project Manager.

Contract Administrator:
- Involvement in the full life-cycle of multiple projects $4M - $20M
- Cost analysis, reporting and forecasting direct to PM
- Manage sub-contracts & supply agreements
- Drafting head contracts
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Ordering materials and equipment
- Assess and process progress claims
- Support the project manager
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Contract Administrator - new build residential or commercial
- Experience working on similar value of projects ($4M - $20M+)
- Commercial or High-end Residential is a must and Class two projects is preferred
- Experience pricing and dealing with everything from BOQ's to Scope of works
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade background
- Excellent managerial and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deal with a range of professionals from sub-contractors to architects
- Working within a great team of CA's & PM's
- Support from the Owner and Construction Manager
- Growth within the business
