Contract Administrator
Our client a leader in essential infrastructure services requires an experienced contract administrator to work in their transport infrastructure sector. This is a contract position starting immediately for over one month and may be extended.
Arndell Park - Western Sydney.
$52 + per hour
Duties Include:
- Subcontractor management, including workflow preparation and overseeing subcontractor documentations.
- Administration of contractual documentation
- Procurement management, identifying and liaising with potential subcontractors
- Complete internal assessment and undertake contractual negotiation
- Preparing commercial and cost reports and excise full cost control of projects.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a Contract Administrator
- Previous knowledge of subcontract tendering, procedures, cost reports and procurement
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Team Binder, Share point MS Office
- Min 3-4 years post graduate project contract administration / Quantity surveying experience in construction projects/contracts.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction / Commercial management, Quantity surveying or equivalent.
