Contracts Administrator

Lawson Elliott is excited to be working with a reputable company who is looking to welcome in a confident Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane team. This is a great opportunity for anyone working in a similar position and looking to progress and work within a large and growing nationwide business.
Reporting to the Contracts Manger, your key responsibilities will be, but are definitely not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the company
- Maintaining the companies records and registers
- Assistance with the calculation of rates
- Assisting with the formulation of company systems and processes
- Data entry
- Filing documents
- Interest in legal terminology; ability to extract and input contract terms into a register
- Assist accounts team with interpreting payment mechanisms for invoicing
- Manage record-keeping for communication, documentation, and contracts
- Review contracts against tender submissions for discrepancies
- Preparing and reviewing contracts
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Managing the Admin inbox and respond to queries
- Ad-hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role:
- Proven work experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role
- Must have strong critical and creative thinking
- Must be a quick learner of new softwares
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong and confident communication skills
