A small, privately owned construction company who have been operating in Brisbane for over 10 years. They have a tight-knit, senior team of professionals with a track record of delivering quality unit projects in Brisbane in the range of $5m-$15m.
Your New Role
Due to recent growth and project wins, there is an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join the business. The role will support the two owners, who currently both undertake PM / CA roles for their projects. Ideally the new CA will be able to sit across 2-3 projects per year, to help share the load of these new projects.
What You Need to Succeed
- Several years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the Brisbane market, ideally in the multi-res project space.
- Proficiency in Jobpac, Bluebeam and Buildsoft.
- Ability to draft, review and negotiate construction contracts.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Proactive attitude and mindset.
