Be a Residential Contracts Administrator and help make it happen.SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR NEW THE ROLE WILL ENTAILFull details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include -Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the role will include Contract Administration; Preconstruction client liaison with the documentation of building specifications, Preparing variation documents; Cross checking variations against plans and creating addendas; Preparation of HIA building contracts including contract documentation and addenda's; HIA Indemnity insurance applications; Liaising with architects, checking plans and addenda's; Secondary point of contact for clients after sales consultants.Covering for Pre-start consultants and Shire Liaison if they are away.Any and all other duties.WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITHReports to Operations Manager and works with a friendly professional team.VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLEYou will need to have experience in Residential Contract Administration, and preferably exposure to Pre-Start & Shire Liaison.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEEnhanced written and verbal communication skills.
