Contract Administrator | Tier 3 Multi-Res

Our client is a proven and hugely successful D&C builder having delivered a vast number of projects throughout their trading history in Victoria to time and standard. Cultivating a reputation for quality, this builder strives to achieve client satisfaction time after time. Project scope is diverse and has typically included apartment, commercial projects $10m - $40M range.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Administer the project HSE system

To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator you will be required to have the following

• Strong and proven track record on Apartment projects. Previous experience working on multi-storey apartment projects ($10 m+), commercial and retail projects will be highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualified in construction related degree
• Strong work ethic and want to be apart of a successful team
