About the Company:A reputable Real Estate Developer / Builder in Melbourne with a national presence that cover projects across both commercial and high rise residential developments.They are on the look out for an experienced
Contract Administrator to work across projects up to and over $100M. They have an interesting portfolio of work and hold a high pipeline of projects with that already hold DA Approval.
About the position:You will be a part of an experienced project team reporting into a Contracts Manager. Being responsible for assisting the project teams in delivering within procurement and contract management, forecasting and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. Working primarily across hospitality and medical sectors.
Previous experience:- Proficiency in construction software including Jobpac, Procore
- Experience in new build and'/OR large resi developments within Australia is a MUST
- Min of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of projects mentioned above
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work with a close-knit team to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and schedule
- Construction management degree required
