We are a bulk haulage services provider serving the logistics, supply chain, transport and haulage needs of local and interstate clients. To service our haulage contracts, we maintain a fleet of heavy haulage vehicles, including trucks, trailers and others. We have teams of drivers, mechanics, management, sales and administrative staff.
- The position
Due to growth, we seek to employ a Contract Administrator on a full-time basis. The location is Landsdale WA 6065. The role is to prepare and maintain contracts and to negotiate variations to contracts for our bulk haulage services. The duties include –
§ Receive and review orders.
§ Prepare offer letters and contractual correspondence.
§ Negotiate contract terms.
§ Prepare and maintain contracts with contractors and clients.
§ Negotiate and prepare variations to contracts.
§ Respond to contractual inquiries from contractors and clients.
§ Provide contractual advice and guidance and resolve contractual problems with contractors and clients.
§ Manage contract paperwork, keep good records, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
The successful candidate will need to have a relevant degree or diploma, 3 years of full-time relevant experience or equivalent, driver’s licence, competent in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems, strong understanding of the bulk haulage industry, and be well-presented, organised, reliable, have a great work ethic, be a team player, and be capable of working autonomously.
