The Role
As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the technical services delivered on our Government Contract (Residential Works).
This role is based across the Newcastle / Central Coast Region, NSW.
- Manage a team of trades staff (Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers etc.) providing maintenance works to our clients sites
- Profit and Loss accountability
- KPI / SLA Adherence
- Client and Internal reporting
- Safe work culture
- Relationship building and Client engagement
- Provide Technical Support
Skills and Experience
- Need to have managed trades staff in the past
- Strong service skills
- Driving License
- Trade background (desirable)
