About The Role:
Bendigo Kangan Institute is one of Victoria's largest TAFE providers. As a Contract Manager Corrections Education Centre (CEC), you'll monitor Corrections Education Centre contracts, compliance, conduct regular meetings with Bendigo Kangan Institute managers and stakeholders to ensure the maintenance of service delivery.
For this role, you'll be at the forefront of commercial negotiations with stakeholders, collaborating closely with various business areas within Bendigo Kangan Institute. Your expertise will be instrumental in guaranteeing the seamless delivery of services while adhering to contractual agreements and regulatory standards.

- Demonstrated experience in managing complex high value service contracts.
- Create effective structures to manage stakeholders and negotiate with and influence diverse stakeholder groups on highly complex issues to secure long-term gains for the department and/or stakeholders.
- Negotiate with stakeholders using high level negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
- Design systems to support operational teams monitor and report against contractual service requirements and compliance.
- Understand and apply advanced computer skills to complex word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, or database functions to achieve effective business outcomes.
