Requirements
- Greeting Clients and answering phones
- Managing marketing social media platforms Facebook business suite & Instagram
- Loading Property listings
- Maintaining the database
- Preparing marketing collateral
- Supporting the Sales Team
- Calendar Management
- Other administration ad hoc duties as required
It is essential that you have
- Willing to obtain Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
- Experience with social media business suites Facebook & Instagram
- Professional personal presentation
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A Team Player
