AddressWe are seeking a motivated and dedicated Field Service officer to join our team. This role allows the manager to manage various tasks while building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting condition reports and routine inspections
- Assisting head property manager on daily admin task
- Rental Administration
- Managing a small portfolio and growing
To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:
- Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
- Have a strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude
- Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail for processes and procedures
- Have a current Agents Representative Certificate and driver's licence
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
