An exciting opportunity is now available for a Contract Manager, to join our WA Schools account. The Contract Manager leads the effective and safe delivery of a range of services and ensures compliance with contractual obligations in accordance with contractual, legal and company requirements. The Contract Manager is accountable for the delivery of asset management, maintenance and facilities management services to eight schools and a carpark with the greater Perth region.
Responsibilities:
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Leads the effective and safe delivery of a range of services and ensures compliance with contractual obligations in accordance with contractual, legal and company requirements.
- Delivery of asset management, maintenance and facilities management services to eight schools and a carpark with the greater Perth region.
- Ensure that a high quality of service is provided to the facilities within contractual key performance indicator targets.
- Requires effective management of risks associated with contract deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction in the confines of a commercial framework.
- Responsible for safety, quality, financial and operational management, profitability, and sustained business momentum.
- Growing the capability of the workforce and ensuring that the team is skilled and competent to deliver long-term successful outcomes for the client/s and community in which it serves.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. Ideally, a degree in Business, Commerce or similar.
- Proven experience in a leadership role of a large services organisation.
- Experience within a similar role providing financial / budget management within Facilities Management.
- Strong development of senior stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work with Government departments and outsource contracting.
- Demonstrated management experience within a collaborative working environment, delivering the required outcomes against a performance-based contract with agreed key performance indicators.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with major subcontractors and suppliers.
