The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior ICT Contract Manager based in the Don Aitken Centre, East Perth.
You will be responsible for the management of ICT infrastructure and Systems Services contracts within service levels and other specifications. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in the overall governance of contracted services and deliverables, ensuring value and agreed timeliness, within budgetary constraints. Your expertise in ICT, understanding of contracts and ability to think critically and in detail, will create outstanding service outcomes. The role also requires an individual with strong collaborative management skills in responding to ICT requests relating to customers and vendors.

- A copy of your current Western Australian ‘C’ Class (car) motor vehicle drivers’ licence or an approved equivalent.
- If applicable to you, a copy of your Degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), ITIL Foundation Certificate (Version 4) and/or other related discipline
- A detailed CV demonstrating your skills and abilities within the context of the Job Role Statement.

Your considerable skill, knowledge, and experience in:
- Managing large ICT Services contracts in large multi-disciplinary organisations
- Applying commercial acumen, negotiation, and an objective perspective in conflict situations
- Managing Supplier Performance
- Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships
