About the Role
Due the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth, we now have an immediate requirement for a Contract / Procurement Administrator to join our client based in Arundel. This is initially a 6-month contract with the view to go permanent.
An overview is below:
• Evaluate claims submitted by subcontractors for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Work with project managers to develop and maintain budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Keep track of changes and updates in the Schedule of Rates.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of any modifications to the contract.
• Supports the Commercial Manager in various aspects of project cost control and contract management.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Well-developed communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
