Role SummaryProject Control Engineer (18 month Fixed term contract ) for all disciplines and coordinate construction/equipment/automation team for site installation/commissioning/qualification and overall scheduling.
Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop consolidated project schedule;
Monitor and control schedule during capital projects lifecycle;
Support and coordinate construction activities between Pfizer and builder, to meet schedule and milestones;
Coordinate commissioning and qualification activities onsite between disciplines and trades to achieve project deliverables;
Assist Project Manager and Discipline Leads for overall project management in schedule, cost and resource as required.
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree;
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical capital projects construction environment;
Solid experience of project orientated schedule control, management and construction site activities;
Proven record of V-model application and hands-on experience in equipment/facility/utility installation/commissioning/SAT/Qualification/Validation;
Proficiency in MS Project and good understanding of critical path, task dependencies, resource management, and baseline tracking/controlling.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
Strong technical, management and organizational skills
Good leadership and communication skills
Master's degree
Experience in automation including PMACS and GMP Filling technology
Knowledge of the manufacturing process and equipment
Report to Project Manager in each project.
Work with internal stakeholders (Site leadership team, project engineers, EHS, QA, Operations)
Work with external stakeholders (Construction Manager, Trades, Designers, 3rd Parties)
Manage each project financials accordingly to make sure project are on budget and in line with schedule.
