Contracting Services Officer - Ti Osc

Job Description:A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join our Walkley Heights, SA team as a Contracting Services Officer (Part Time or Full Time Option Available). In this role you will provide finance and administration support to the Roads business. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of administrative finance systems or experience as a well-rounded Administrator with sound attention to detail and a demonstrable track record in supporting a busy team.What you'll bring

• Proficient data entry skills gained in a busy work environment with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience raising, receipting, and managing purchase orders.
• The ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks/processes with tight deadlines and limited supervision.
• JDE experience (highly desirable, however, not essential).
• Proficiency in dealing with suppliers from initial setup right through to resolving invoices for payment.
• The ability to work closely with Operational teams to support their administrative queries.
• Experience processing high-volume monthly invoices/progress claims.
