Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Dry Creek Depot. In this role, you will be the face of Flex Contract Logistics, responsible for ensuring our clients receive the best possible service throughout their interaction with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email,  in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving transportation and supply chain issues.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our services and delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns or issues while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
• Collaborate with our operations and logistics teams to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods.
• Following up with forwarding carriers for delivery updates.
• Chasing and uploading proof of deliveries 
• Chasing and entering driver documents
• Assisting with your branch’s pallet transfers
• Monitor driver’s timeslots
• General data entry

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using Customer Service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience is a bonus.
