We are committed to expanding our business to deliver fully integrated services and projects that add value for our clients, our people, and the communities in which we work.GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).As a Contracts Accounts Administrator, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operation of Contract accounts, project cost and revenue forecasting.This role is instrumental in supporting our Project teams in ensuring accurate and timely information is prepared and available for senior management.Due to internal movements for Maternity leave, this role will be offered for the expected time frame of May 2024 – February 2025.Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):· Coding supplier invoices relating to external hire plant cost, contractor invoices and statements.· Managing, and updating asset registers and ensuring compliance with registrations etc.· Monthly compilation of transactions for write off, issue for approval, and update relevant systems.· Review monthly claims/invoicing to customers and resolve related queries.· Attend to time capture and coding requirements within payroll and billing deadlines.· Reconcile remittance advice using data from internal and external stakeholders and systems· Compliance checking rates, contracts, and relevant information.· Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience Required:Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting Administration Background.· Demonstrated experience with accounts recievables and site administration exposure.What we offer:· An environment where no two days are the same, our industry is consistently evolving and changing.· Join a dynamic, fast paced, and passionate team.· A Monday to Friday position, based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD.· Competitive annual salary.If you would like to be considered, please feel free to apply your details now ensuring you complete the screening questions.If you have applied to us previously, please feel free to add your details again.Only applicants shortlisted for interviews will be contacted.GR Production Services are committed to workplace diversity and strongly encourages female and Indigenous candidates to apply.
