About your opportunity
Dry Cleaning/ Laundry staff:
Laundromat operator in hospitality retail service manager: A laundromat operator in a hospitality retail setting is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a commercial laundry facility. They ensure that equipment is properly maintained, orders are processed efficiently, and customer service is of the highest quality. (ANZSCO 149999)
The permanent job is available for employee sponsorship.
Permanent Pay rate: $22.61 – $26 per hour
Front Counter Customer Service:
At the front counter of a dry cleaning facility, staff responsibilities encompass a range of tasks focused on customer interaction and garment handling. They warmly welcome customers, efficiently sort garments based on their specific cleaning requirements, and dispatch cleaned items with care, ensuring accuracy in customer orders. Additionally, they provide detailed explanations about garment care labels and the range of cleaning services available, tailored to each item's needs. Proficiency in operating computer systems for order tracking and managing transactions through Electronic Funds Transfer at Point Of Sale (EFTPOS) systems is also a key part of their role, ensuring a seamless and customer-friendly experience.
Permanent Pay rate: $22.61 – $26 per hour
Accounts Administrator:
Office work on customer service, email reply, excel report, and admin job required by manager
Permanent Pay rate: $25 - $27.11 per hour
Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detailed oriented personality
- English speaking, reading and writing skills
- Passed the internal test
Work Hours and Benefits:
- 5-7 hours between working hours 7 am to 5 pm per day
- The qualified staff can lead to annual salary package up to $59,000.00.
