This highly successful specialist manufacturing business is seeking an experienced senior administrator with accounting skills to cover the annual leave of their Office Manager.
Your Responsibilities
You will enjoy working as part of a small office team supporting the business covering administration and general accounting duties. With some responsibilities already set up for automatic payments prior to the Office Manager's leave, the remaining duties will include;
- Receipting
- Processing orders
- Receipting goods
- Invoicing
- Purchase Orders
- Answer and direct calls
- General office administration

Your Background
We are seeking an experienced, flexible administrator with an accounts background. The current Office Manager will be completing all statutory requirements prior to her annual leave so there will be no requirement for payments to be made or payroll to be undertaken over the six week period. We require a person with accounts background to enable the entry of work to continue in addition to providing general office support. One week's training from the 13th May will be provided prior to the Office Manager's annual leave. To secure this position you will possess the following skills and experience;
- Senior administration experience or Office Management
- Accounting knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of MYOB EXO Business highly regarded (MYOB is essential)
- Experience within a manufacturing business preferred
- Flexible to undertake office tasks as required
- MS Word and Excel at intermediate level
