UGL are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a Contracts Administrator to work onsite, supporting a Brownfield Construction Project in Darwin, Northern Territory. The project will commence in March 2024, with an estimated 9-12-month duration. You will be based in Darwin, NT and work a 5/2 Roster.
As Contracts Administrator, you will be a key member of the team and will be involved in reviewing and negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance on the project.
About the role
- Draft contractual correspondence for approval
- Prepare tender packages and contractual documents
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers
- Develop and maintain systems and procedures which ensure financial, commercial and contractual performance
- Liaise with internal functional support teams, client representatives, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure information flows freely and relationships are sound.
