Contract Administration experience in the Residential/ Home Builder space. The builder is open to meeting with all experience levels.
Remuneration
In regard to pay, the current salary is from $70k + Super (will be determined based on your expectations and experience.)
Pay packages will be worked out directly with the successful Contract Administrator.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Contract Administrator, you will be a part of the Contract Team reporting to a Project Manager. The role will ask you to;
- Oversee budget management and reporting
- prepare monthly management reports
- Negotiate and administer subcontractor packages
- Process variations and claims
Exciting and progressive Commercial and Residential Builder, specialising in high value, architecturally designed homes. Predominately working with owner occupier's.
Projects are spread from between the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.
Office based role. Location: Moorebank. Work hours are Monday - Friday.
