AddressMichael Page are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for a highly respected mid-tier builder based on the south side of Brisbane. They specialise in the delivery of commercial, industrial, health, education, and government projects up to $30m in value.
Client Details
Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, industrial, health-care, education and government sectors. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Senior Contracts Administrator to their team to play a leadership role within the business.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the writing scopes of works
- Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
- Taking ownership of monthly cost reports
- Mentoring other members of the project delivery teams
Profile
Selection criteria will include:
- Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
