Contracts Administrator

Our successful head contractor is looking for a driven Intermediate Contracts Administrator to join a high achieving team in the delivery of Education, Industrial and Retail projects in Brisbane & surrounds.

You will be a key member of the project team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Drafting Scope of Works, tender packages, project reporting and financial reporting
• Liaison with the Project team
• Cash flow forecasting and ensuring cost codes are accurately maintained 
• Maintain of formal notices and key correspondence
• Sub-contractor letting, liaison and management
• Maintain a register of suppliers and sub-contractors
• Interpret plans and specifications 
• Ensure compliance and quality is met
• Process progress claims

Requirements:

• 3+ years Contracts Administration experience
• Exposure to delivering projects up to $20Mil
• Previous Experience in Education Projects
• Exposure to Cheops or Jobpac software
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Trade background & practical experience would be favoured
• Strong attention to detail skills
• A can-do attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to expand further on your construction knowledge
