Contracts Administrator (Mechanical HVAC)

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate comprehensive experience, where you will be working across a range of projects.
The opportunity is available within an established business of 15 years completing commercial and industrial subcontracting within the Mechanical (HVAC) construction field.
To be successful, applicants will be required to complete the following tasks:
- Document control and maintenance of a wide range of project files.
- Ability to manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage procurement with the Project Manager and Project Team.
- Maintain project programs and document registers.
- Prepare and issue subcontractor contracts.
- Review head contract requirements across projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage Quality, Work Health and Safety, and Environmental Systems in line with ISO project related requirements.
- Undertake on site (project) inspections when required.
- Liaise and work closely with clients, and stakeholders within the business.
- Work closely with Project Teams, which includes being site based where required.
- Manage and assist with governing head contract conditions.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in the HVAC commercial and industrial sector.
- Contract Management and reporting skills.
- Have strong computer literacy.
- Understanding in mechanical (HVAC) technicalities.
- Understand contract requirements across projects.
- Relevant mechanical qualification / degree.
- Good communication, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Have a positive attitude and work well within a team.
